Crazy busy on a Friday night, but great service and delicious food as usual. Plus the game we wanted to watch was on near where we were seated.

They are good but have a little trouble with cooking steak to certain temperatures. I asked for medium and the steak was well done .

Most of the time I get a good ribeye but this last time it just wasn't season. Too loud. But the service was good. I always get a good steak there. I will go back

Spent $50 on an online order. Received a bunch of stale biscuits raw potatoes that were rubbery. You could flop them. A burger with toppings. Quite literally slapped on and barely any of. Spend $10 on a chicken meal and you end up getting tiny bite size crumbs and with a side of fries of just what's left over in the fryer. All in all very disappointed with this experience. I will not be returning. I thank God it was a gift card that I purchased this meal from. Otherwise I would be asking for compensation. But to be completely fair, I wouldn't want compensation back onto a gift card because I do not have intentions on ever eating at Texas Roadhouse again. After that experience 0 out of 10 avoid.

I feel like Texas Road House as whole is starting to go downhill on quality and consistency. The ones in Columbus have and this one seems to be following their downward spiral. The fillets are super thin now.

Food is always very consistent and the service is always great. I love the filet and shrimp with the garlic butter, we also split the pulled pork sandwich which was huge. Had enough for two meals for the two of us and I’m a big guy, obviously the salad and rolls fill you up before you even get your meal. Great job to the Roadhouse team! Keep it up
