I ordered delivery as I am unable to drive and when my order came I did not receive part of my order. I submitted my request on their app and got an email stating that I should have been at the door to review my items (due to health reason I did not get to it in time) and that I did receive my full order (which I did not). Paid with my app as I do every day at least once to twice a day. Went to the drive-through to pick up my oatmeal and coffee. I was notified that they did not have oatmeal. Which is totally acceptable. I completely understand that especially with shortages nowadays. I was running late for an appointment and the lady asked if I wanted a refund. Boyfriend and I went here after the gym for iced caps. The KitKat iced caps (Capps?) were delicious. Horrible service, boyfriend got the steak and cheese panini.. disgusting and soggy. Hardly any doughnuts, slow service. I’ve had bad service every time I’ve been to this Tim Hortons (the rest are great.) Will only come back for drinks.
