Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to I was there this morning around 10:00 ordered about $18 worth of food waited forever to get my food when I asked them if they could make sure my food was even done they found it it was just set aside and not hand it to me I asked for a bag they told me I couldn't get a bag because I didn't order online lol so I said okay I'm going to contact the corporate once I said that one of the customers who was related to the cashier started yelling at me telling me I'm rude and all kinds of stuff I went outside called the manager or tried to they answered the phone and started transferring it to a lot of different people and I know I didn't never speak to a manager again this was a horrible experience you guys need to get this under control I also tried to go online and contact corporate and they won't let me I'm upset and embarrassed about the whole situation

Took 10 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 donuts to go. There were 6 of them in there and 4 were just standing there staring at us. We also got a wrong drink but genuinely didn't care because we wanted to get the heck out of there.

This is the 2nd time in a row we have had problems with this location. Telling a customer you don’t have enough eggs to make a sandwich should be something you say to us before we purchase it.

I love Tim Hortons! Their doughnuts are delicious, as well as their coffee and hot chocolate! There sandwiches are pretty good also! The ham and Swiss is delicious!
Parking: It's located beside a gas station so plenty of parking options
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out with wheelchair access
Ordered a small coffee and 3 donuts and waited at the window over 10 minutes to receive my order. Then they gave me someone else's order and when I did get mine, 1 of the do it's was wrong

Yikes! Been sitting in drive through for 20 minutes. I know that you get busy but gosh. I watched 4 people get fed up and leave the line. Imagine the money that this business is loosing every day. Anyway, got tired of waiting. Going to drive across town to 7 brew or Starbucks it’s worth the drive. Feel bad for folks on the east side of Lancaster that want a coffee, you’ll die of old age waiting in line.

Kinda dumb when I'm trying to apply for a job from you on ziprecruiter and when I selected a job from you guys it takes me to a whole other job site that it wants me to make a profile for just so I can apply through the original site like I thought i could? Yeah no thanks.

My drink was wrong, ordered a Nutella ice Capp and some how ended up with caramel and I ordered a 20 pc assorted timbit and tell me how out of ASSORTED do you get only 3 kinds. Money not well spent!
