went to order 2 for $6 bagel sandwiches, ended up being charged for combo meals. I was charged $4.24 extra comparative to how the order should have been wrung in. I went back to have the order wrung in correctly, asked them to ring it in the correct way I was refused by the manager. they told me it is the customer responsibility to make sure they ring it in correctly, however my question is, how am I supposed to know if they wrung it in correctly if I can't see the order screen at the purchase window, wouldn't you want the customers to trust your way of business? due to this I am highly unlikely to return reason: why am I going to want to return if I am possibly going to be charged $20 extra when ordering for friends and family members when I especially go there for promotional prices? at that point it is significantly better to go McDonald's, because atleast their breakfast food tastes better.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and in the past the service has been great but lately every time I go through the staff seems very annoyed to be doing their jobs and just overall rude no matter how polite you try to be. The staff acts as if you’re inconveniencing them by asking for a cup sleeve after they hand you a coffee hot enough to burn you through the cup. After this morning, where I burned my hand attempting to put a sleeve on my coffee because the staff couldn’t be bothered to, I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I did a Notary Signing at this location, first time here. When I left I got a turkey bacon club sandwich, to go. It was very tasty, and I got a Boston Cream donut, for dessert, it is one of my favs.

This location always has fresh coffee any time of day they're open. This is uncommon for a Tim Hortons in my experience.

I ordered delivery as I am unable to drive and when my order came I did not receive part of my order. I submitted my request on their app and got an email stating that I should have been at the door to review my items (due to health reason I did not get to it in time) and that I did receive my full order (which I did not). This is the first time I’ve ever had issues with them as I’ve been a loyal customer for years. It’s very upsetting being told I received something I didn’t. I will never be back to a Tim Hortons after this but I’m sure that doesn’t matter. This was my first time ever submitting an issues with them and I’m extremely disappointed with how it was handled.

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to I was there this morning around 10:00 ordered about $18 worth of food waited forever to get my food when I asked them if they could make sure my food was even done they found it it was just set aside and not hand it to me I asked for a bag they told me I couldn't get a bag because I didn't order online lol so I said okay I'm going to contact the corporate once I said that one of the customers who was related to the cashier started yelling at me telling me I'm rude and all kinds of stuff I went outside called the manager or tried to they answered the phone and started transferring it to a lot of different people and I know I didn't never speak to a manager again this was a horrible experience you guys need to get this under control I also tried to go online and contact corporate and they won't let me I'm upset and embarrassed about the whole situation

Took 10 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 donuts to go. There were 6 of them in there and 4 were just standing there staring at us. We also got a wrong drink but genuinely didn't care because we wanted to get the heck out of there.
