I tend to order pickup here and inevitably there is always something missing. You would think I'd learn to check everything before I leave, lol. Thankfully they always make it right, but it is a bother having to go back. The staff is friendly, but need to work on their greeting customers skills. I stood in line for over five minutes behind two other customers. They never acknowledged us until one of the customers asked if they were taking orders or did we need to go through the drive through. This is still a good place to eat and, I would recommend. But if you're picking up, check your order.

yall need some new "service champs" . i never get good customer service here , this girl was so rude at the speaker, no customer service, didn't say a word to us at the window that i literally asked her "can you tell us to have a good day or something??" bc it was just so unbelievably rude. learn how to speak to customers. - sincerely a teenage girl who actually does customer service at her job.

Last two times I’ve went my burger was straight out of the microwave.

I bought a new mushroom bacon sandwich which was supposed to be a double, but was a single instead. So I called the manager who told me to come back and get the double. When I did, the sandwich was a double, but it looked like it was covered in oil and grease, and it was so wet it fell apart when I opened it up later at home. I basically took it out of frustration because I was tired of waiting for them to make the proper sandwich. The manager Anthony, wasn't even there and left right after he told me to come back and get the sandwich, which they sAid they made fresh. It's hard enough to pay the raising prices on food as it is without someone selling you something that was basically inedible.

Parking: The lot is crowded and cramped, they run the drive thru parking lot past door between delivery and pick up parking. Not great at all. Manageable but worrying.
Ordered a breakfast burrito with no egg and extra potatoes. Gave me egg and little potatoes. Plus didn’t give me the hot sauce. Had to pick out the egg and scrounge my work for hot sauce.

Who ever put the burgers together really either didn't care on how they put all the extras on each or just ignored how they are suppose to be prepared . One example you could hardly see the small piece of lettuce on the burgers .
People should care about how they prepare the food .

They were nice at the window, but with all the people there for lunch why were my tossed nuggets cold? We ordered 16 nuggets they should have been hot. And the guy taking our order didn’t even know that chili came on a fully loaded baked potato cause if I would of known that I wouldn’t of ordered it with chili he also double charged me for bacon when that was supposed to come on it anyway. Spent 25$ for food I that didnt even taste good or hot. Food poisoning alert.
