Wild Ginger Asian Bistro in Lancaster, Ohio offers huge portions at the right price. The Hong Kong Chicken, Lo Mein, and sushi are fantastic choices. Although the sushi rolls have slightly decreased in size, they are still worth it. The service is impeccable, and customers are well taken care of from start to finish. Don't forget to try the homemade egg rolls, which are triple the size of others in town. The sweet & sour chicken and general Tso's lacked flavor, but were not bad overall. The Crab Rangoon and steamed dumplings are highly recommended, along with the Sesame chicken and Ginger chicken dishes. A trip to Wild Ginger is definitely worth it for great food.
