Not even sure I need to put any words.
I order often from the store and tonight we got our order with items missing called customer service for either a refund or to have our items redelivered the associate at the store was incredibly rude, said they didn’t have a drive (they used Doordash to deliver) which was fine so I asked for a refund which they wouldn’t give said they can’t refund items. Ordered a large 150 and a 6ct bread stick
Food shows up over an hour after it said it had left the building, my 150 was a normal pepperoni pizza so thanks for the $6 up charge! My pizza was cold to the touch and I didn't get my bread sticks. I tried calling the store several times to no avail. This location has gone down hill!
