The food has been going down hill for awhile now. Came in tonight table of 12 food was either ice cold or burnt service is awful too.
Very slow service! There was a party of 10 there when we got there. We were told about the large party, but they ordered, ate and left and we still had another 30 minutes until we got our food. I wasn’t even hungry any more when the food FINALLY arrived, AND they got two orders wrong. It would have been a different story if they had a full restaurant AND a ledge party, but there was only 2 other tables. Complete waste of my time.
I'm disappointed! I went with my Mom and her friend, which comes here all of the time. There were some more of their friends here before I got here and they ended up walking out because one of the guys asked the server for something and she told him he had legs he can get it. That's unbelievable at a place where customers are served. I used to be a server and I cannot fathom saying that to a customer.
