My pizza had all the custom items I requested ,perfectly cut,it was well prepared and so was my salad. This was the first Donatos I had been to that had a drive-through window ,so when I arrived and the dining room was closed the staff was kind enough to come out to the car and let me know they have a pick up window. Would recommend this location to friends and family

Vegetarian options: They have a full verity of gluten free and cauliflower crust, and plenty of veggies to top with!
Parking: They have a large lot with handicap accessible spots.
Kid-friendliness: The in side dinning are is a family oriented dining room.
Do NOT order delivery from this location! They pass the order off to door dash and then they have no idea when it will be delivered or if a door dash driver is even assigned to pick it up. Then for a refund when the order is late, they tell you to call door dash and then door dash tells you to call them.

This donatos location is a complete disgrace to the Donatos name. I ordered at 605. It said the order would be ready at 626. I arrived at 630 to the drive through line with 1 person in front of me. I sat there for 30 MINUTES. My first questions is....what kind of establishment DOESNT tell the customer at the window to please pull forward if it's going to take a long time. After waiting 30 minutes I finally got to the window (there was someone behind me so I was blocked in otherwise I would have Just backed out and gone in) and waited 10 more mins for someone to even go to the window. Might I add my order was on the rack. I could see it. Someone finally comes to the window so I asked him "how long as my order been ready?" He said since 626. So I explained to him I am not paying for 40 minute old pizza. He said he could remake it in 15 mins. So I pulled forward and went inside. 15 minutes goes by and another person comes out. "I have your order and I can have it ready in 15 minutes. Yeah I left and went to papa johns. That would have put my total wait time at 1 hour and 10 minutes. Papa johns had my order ready in less than 15 minutes. Needless to say, this donatos has likely lost my business permanently and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone else!

Food was burnt, order was wrong, and the whole thing was cold because it was delivered by grub hub or Uber eats and the driver sat in the parking lot waiting for more orders so mine was also over an hour late. Never again & it's been over a week and still no refund I'm pissed ?
Bland pizza. Donato's may be the most up and down pizza I've eaten - once in a while great, usually mediocre

Came inside to place a to-go order and waited over 20 min for a medium thin crust pizza. I didn’t realize it had been sitting for awhile and no one had brought it out to me, even tho I was sitting in plain view of the kitchen. When I finally got up to ask about it, it was already cold. I expect a piping hot pizza when I’m sitting right there waiting, but instead get what looks and tastes like day old stale pizza. There was so much cornmeal or whatever on the bottom, it completely detracted from the overall taste of the pizza (once I heated it back up). Pass this place up, service is severely lacking and what I had wasn’t that good anyway. There’s a Marco’s across the street, which I’ll go to next time.

“I placed an order at 4:40PM today and got to the store at around 5:00. Went to the drive thru window. Order wasn’t ready but they gave me my receipt and I came in to wait to not hold the line. It is 5:20 now and I still don’t have my order. These guys ado not appear to even be busy. I’m a bit perplexed at what is going on and what is taking so long. No one is letting me know or giving me an update. Little eye contact, completely avoiding my presence.I’m writing as I go to share my experience.. they are definitely avoiding me as they don’t like me staring at them. It’s 5:23 now.. maybe there is a glimmer of hope as I watch them pull out a pizza. Once all the pizzas were done, the guy at the cutting table called me and said I could just go behind the counter and grab the pizzas from the window.. really?!?! I’m finally walking out the door at 5:26

Ordered a large pepperoni and an order of breadsticks along with two sides of marinara for pickup in the drive thru. Pulled up and the girl just stared at me. After stating my business, she grabs a pizza and kinda just hands it over. I let her know I had an order of breadsticks and sauce as well. She says it’ll be 5 min. I already gave them an extra 5 minutes past my promise time before showing up. No one was particularly rude, but just very NPC behavior, lack of any emotion or personality, and felt like I was simply bothering the girl by picking up my order. Felt like I was in the Twilight Zone or something for a minute it was just bizarre.
