I am going to give three stars for the overall experience and food. Reason 1, starts with food. Donatos everywhere always has good food, a little on the expensive side, but it usually does not disappoint. There are however, multiple times, where I have experienced them not fully cutting through the pizza or doing inconsistent cuts. So, for food I will give a 4 out of 5. The service is reason two. I will give service a 2 out of 5. Others gave mentioned slow service and I can agree...

It's been a very long time since I've eaten at Donatos. I'll be eating there a lot more. The pizza was fantastic. The employees were professional and took pride in their work. The place was clean. I was very impressed and I will order and eat there.

Donatos didn’t disappoint. I had the chicken mariachi and my husband had the pepperoni. I was a little sad to see the fountain drink machine gone, but service was friendly and fast.
