This place gets 5 stars for the great food and kind people; especially Trish who helped me out with a car juggling issue today that would have taken me several hours to get situated alone? but with her help took less than 20min. “Big shout out to this Bob (Slob) Evans for being dead as hell, having plenty of staff and still just walking by us for 10 minutes, truly thank you, because this trip made me remember why we haven't been to this Bob Evans in years, because it took our food almost an hour, some not fully cooked and the rest was cold & nasty! Horrible customer service! I will be contacting corporate! so here is me at La Cascada's where there was an amazing dining experience, friendly atmosphere and a place I highly recommend! “The staff was tryin their best and you could tell it was an overwhelming day. I have to assume that this restaurant is understaffed like most places. Still, everyone was friendly and the food was decent. I have to give up on goritos though... they are my favorite but the hillsboro location seems to make them about half the size. Just never full enough!”

“New management and a whole new staff just took over. A lot of previous customers have even said they quit coming before because of how bad it was, but can tell a difference and will come in now. Some have said It looks a lot better from the second they walk in. Always food on the line now and cookies made unlike with previous management. Would definitely recommend now but before i definitely would not.”

“We got takeout this Sunday morning. The gentleman working is a great worker. Everything was clean inside the resturant. All the items we could see looked fresh. His work area was clean.
All three sandwiches were made just like we asked. The bread is different but the sandwiches were awesome!”
