Was asked to pull forward because they had to make crinkle fries. Waited 10 minutes and then they brought out my order plus 3 others. my 2 beef cheddar were cold plus I didn't even get the dang fries I was told I had to wait for. I received cols hard curly fries plus the 2 cold sandwiches. You lost a customer.

Horrible service. Got my order wrong at the drive through. so have to go inside to get it corrected.
Too busy chatting to acknowledge me. Then no apology.

Arby's is a welcoming place with friendly staff who provide excellent service. The food is hot and fresh, and the restaurant is clean. The jalapeno sliders may not be as hot as expected, but the buffalo chicken sliders were a bit dry. A standout feature is that they don't ask for donations. Timberly is a competent and pleasant employee. Overall, a great spot with good food and service.
