Excellent place.

Everything we ordered tasted great! It was a giant cluster picking up. They seemed very understaffed. The girl at the order pick up was hanging up on every phone call (presumably orders) without even answering. I ordered online and it was 15+mins after the given pick up time.
The eat in area was filled with door dashers and not very welcoming. BUT the food was good even though we ordered fried rice (extra $5) and got white rice.

Stopped in because I have received so many DoorDash orders from here and it always smells good. Glad I gave it a try! Best I’ve had in this specific area. I definitely recommend. And dining in was quite nice.

Frequent customer quality has gone downhill to terrible. Chicken I got today like eating dried jerky had to throw out. They speak little to no English to understand you and not friendly at all!!

Great meal for the price and the entree was great. I had hot and sour soup, General Tso's chicken with brown rice. The soup was delicious and exactly what I expected. General Tso's chicken was very good but the brown and rice was lacking flavor. It needed a little seasoning. It was a great value and will be returning their again.

Takeout portions were fine, but when dining in we were served much less food. Worst of all, the restaurant added more tip than what I wrote on the receipt. I had to call my bank to fix the charge. Dishonest and untrustworthy.

Tried Silk Road for the first time and my husband and I agree it’s one of the best takeout restaurants we’ve tried in the area. Generous portions, fresh, flavorful, good value. Highly recommend!

I had high hopes for Silk Road Asian Cuisine, but my recent visit was a total letdown. I ordered the fried rice, orange chicken, and Mongolian BBQ, and it was a disaster from start to finish.

First, the fried rice was a soggy mess. It lacked flavor and was clumped together like it had been sitting out for far too long. I’ve had better fried rice from a frozen dinner!

The orange chicken was no better. Instead of the crispy, tangy dish I expected, it was mushy and tasted overwhelmingly sweet, almost like it had been doused in syrup. It completely overshadowed any hint of orange flavor, making it inedible.

Then came the Mongolian BBQ. The meat was overcooked and chewy, and the vegetables were limp and lifeless. It seemed like it had been thrown together in a rush with no regard for quality.

To top it all off, the service was lackluster, with staff who seemed uninterested in our experience. The ambiance felt dingy, making me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Overall, Silk Road Asian Cuisine was a huge disappointment. If you’re looking for good Asian food, I recommend you keep searching. This place isn’t worth your time or money!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Chinese restaurant. The fried rice with chicken was disgusting—the chicken tasted rotten, and it was clear the food was far from fresh. When I tried to bring it up with the staff, they were completely dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, they simply told me they have insurance and that I could do whatever I wanted. That level of customer service is beyond unacceptable. Stay away from this place if you care about the quality of your food and the way you're treated!

Have been getting carryout here since Covid. Hot & Sour Soup, Egg Drop Soup, Crab Rangoon and various fried rice dishes. Always hot and delicious. The cashier gives me green tea bags complimentary because they don't have take out. Friendly and timely with very reasonable prices.
