I had not been to this location since I’ve lived in Lewis center..mostly because I get Starbucks in my office but today I stopped by since I was wfh. Terri and the entire staff are genuinely amazing. While in here I saw their interaction with all customers and they remember names , orders and say things like so good to see you. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a very friendly and sweet staff who provide amazing customer service. The staff remember names and orders, and they make customers feel comfortable with their welcoming and kind interactions. They are genuinely amazing, even taking time during busy periods to donate coffee to a local organization with so much heart. The baristas provide a personal touch and a friendly environment, making the national brand feel local and personal. One staff member, Lisa, made a drink exactly the way a customer wanted it and asked if they were okay, putting a smile on their face. Another staff member, Zach, was greeting everyone walking in while making drinks and being super professional with rude customers. The coffee is delicious, and the pleasant staff can turn a day around. The customer service is wonderful, and the entire staff is so sweet, providing a great experience for mom and daughter time or a long drive home.
