For the most part, I would definitely say that this Starbucks is pretty accessible as far as allowing adequate space to maneuver. Once you enter through the main doors, the cafe area is a wide open space. This starbucks was designed to have a lot larger of a cafe area than most starbucks typically do. Within the cafe, there are a variety of different seating options available to the public. There are high-top tables, lower tables, as well as stand alone chairs. The lower tables also have both chairs and booths available, and you can easily move the chairs to fit a wheelchair up to the end of the table. This Starbucks also has two bathrooms that are very big and would be categorized as a handicap bathroom in other restaurants. The menu is located up higher above the cash register, which could be problematic to those who have visual impairments. However, you could always pull up the menu or Starbucks app on your phone to be able to better view the food and beverage options. I would say that the music playing in the cafe would be the biggest thing you would have to worry about when it comes to accessibility for all. There is cafe music playing throughout the entire day at Starbucks, and if you are someone who is sensitive to sound then this could be a problem. While I will say that the majority of the time the music is dim, there can be fluctuations within the volume levels that could negatively affect some more than others. However, overall I would say that this Starbucks is definitely a lot more accessible than others that I have visited!

This afternoon I went to get my drinks at the drive thru. The drink that was handed to me did not have the lid on tight. Because of this, the drink spilled all over my car my coat and clothes. This is not the 1st time this has happened. You need to make sure your employees check the lids or design different cups with lids that fit better. Like I said it's NOT the 1st time it's happened. I have placed a mobile order here twice and each time they have forgotten to put the sweet vanilla cold foam. I have not picked up, my husband has so he doesn’t look for it. It is the job of the barista to look at the sticker and make the drink correctly especially when you charge an additional $1.25 for foam. Please make sure your baristas are reading the stickers and not making customers feel like they are losing money on something they ordered.

If I could give a zero I would. Brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso sucks at this location and my cup barely half full. They had no interest in making it right. How hard is it to read a book of instructions???? I highly recommend taking the extra time to visit the location inside the kroger right behind this location, they know they are doing.

I love Starbucks!! Call me a basic girl!! I love me a cold brew or Salted Caramel Oatmilk Shaken Expresso. It is the perfect amount of sweetness compared to the calories/fat/sugar etc. It is a a dirty location, but hey?! It is what is is right? Just coffee.

The experience is only going down by day! I ordered a mocha and it was just milk with sugar there was no coffee and my drive through time was 15 mins. No other starbucks has this bad experience. The coffee is bad, drive through time is high. I had the bad experience enough times to call for a bad review.

I have to say that the vibes in this Starbucks is really depressing. Most of the employees that used to love it there I think quit ever since there was a change in management. Honestly the employees that are there look completely burnt out. And I’ve been around long enough to know when it’s a management problem. Someone in power that takes their job seriously should try and get to the bottom of this. Here’s an idea, go around and survey the employees! And one more thing, it’s says 4 stars on here but don’t let the good reviews hide the bad ones. Because there’s a lot of bad ones. I’m not even sure how it’s a 4 star. Fishy.
