This afternoon I went to get my drinks at the drive thru. The drink that was handed to me did not have the lid on tight. Because of this, the drink spilled all over my car my coat and clothes. This is not the 1st time this has happened. You need to make sure your employees check the lids or design different cups with lids that fit better. Like I said it's NOT the 1st time it's happened. I have placed a mobile order here twice and each time they have forgotten to put the sweet vanilla cold foam. I have not picked up, my husband has so he doesn’t look for it. It is the job of the barista to look at the sticker and make the drink correctly especially when you charge an additional $1.25 for foam. Please make sure your baristas are reading the stickers and not making customers feel like they are losing money on something they ordered.

For the most part, I would definitely say that this Starbucks is pretty accessible as far as allowing adequate space to maneuver. Once you enter through the main doors, the cafe area is a wide open space. This starbucks was designed to have a lot larger of a cafe area than most starbucks typically do.
