I visit this place a lot since I work right next to it. I must say their service is always great and they keep the place clean all the time. Pricing is convenient and they serve large portions.
The owner's are the best! When visiting back home this is a must stop. The home cooking comfort food and the close knit everyone knows your name environment has became a part of home. If your passing through for your first time, or returning home after all these years....MIDWAY is the place to visit!!
Amazing little hidden gem off of 40. Had no expectations, stopped in for lunch, had the lunch buffet and was blown away by the quality. The fried chicken was fantastically breaded, meatloaf was given thought and not just the simple stuff in most buffets, and the ribs were by far some of the best I've had in this area. $1.75 drafts, just an awesome little place. I can't speak for some of the negative reviews about service when this place is busy, but the lunch experience...
