We were visiting friends and the wife loves this place. I told her were would be back in warm weather and spend an afternoon looking and maybe buying some treasures. I love little towns like this. If you want to step back in time it a - must visit- place.
We have enjoyed frequent breakfasts and lunches here for several years now. The coffee and meals are consistently delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff very friendly and talented. The antique store is fun and supplied great Christmas gifts for my wife- a lovely quilt and old edition books. I visit the bistro about once a week. We stop here on every road trip west from East Coast to Mid-West. So not often but consistency is solid and one can get a healthy meal on the road. Desserts are very tempting. If you are worried about COVID or the like this is not a mask wearing community. Antique shop is a browser’s delight.
