Have been waiting to come here for a while. My disappointment was a surprise considering the reviews. The interior was a messy setup. The menu to the side was confusing because you had to look into the case to figure out what cost what by figuring out what it was then looking back to the side to find the price. I ended up paying $37 for a plain 7 INCH cheesecake with bland strawberry topping. $37!! I'm a foodie so I wouldn't mind if it was outstanding. But it wasn't. I could have tasted similar with a $6 Sara Lee cheesecake from the grocery. Mediocre at best. The cake wasn't rich like it should have been. The crust was extremely thick on the sides. To top it off when you check out you are asked to tip! I'm the one who took the cake out of the case, all you did was bag it. Why am I being asked to tip? But I did to be nice. The problem with this area, and many of it's mediocre restaurants that have rave reviews is exactly that, we are too nice here. I guess if everyone in this town wants to subsidize this business to be nice they can, I don't see how else the current business model will survive. It certainly won't be the cakes themselves that keep it afloat.

The cheesecake is delicious, the parfaits are good but the turtle brownie cheesecake is the BEST ??? Recommend 10/10!

To-die-for cheesecake. Huge selection for a little shop. They sell not only whole cheesecakes but by the slice and little cupcake sized cheesecakes. Those are perfect for trying all the flavors. The ladies working were very nice, nice enough to let me park there while I rode with a friend to go get lunch elsewhere. We both bought dessert at Jackie’s when we got back. We got to meet Jackie herself on our return trip. She does take custom orders.I’d been wanting to stop in but what really got me on the move was hearing that Jackie donated cheesecakes to a local school’s pie/cake fundraiser. Being a part of the community is a great way to get customers in the door, I love it!Located on US 42 in Lexington between Rite Aid and Subway on the west side of the road.They do have seasonal flavors. For October they had apple, caramel, pumpkin etc. Fancier than that, but that’s as good as I could do.

We are lucky enough to live close to Jackie’s shop, but we would drive 100 miles for her amazing cheesecakes! Whether you’re looking for a whole cheesecake or just a snack, she has something for every appetite. Portions are generous and service is so so friendly. Recommend 10/10
Blew my expectations out of the water! We've all had a good piece of cheesecake but this was beyond that! It was elevated and the flavors were new. I believe I tried 4 different flavors. Now I can't stop thinking about Jackie's Cheesecakes!
