“To-die-for cheesecake. Huge selection for a little shop. They sell not only whole cheesecakes but by the slice and little cupcake sized cheesecakes. Those are perfect for trying all the flavors. The ladies working were very nice, nice enough to let me park there while I rode with a friend to go get lunch elsewhere. We both bought dessert at Jackie’s when we got back. We got to meet Jackie herself on our return trip. She does take custom orders.I’d been wanting to stop in but what really got me on the move was hearing that Jackie donated cheesecakes to a local school’s pie/cake fundraiser. Being a part of the community is a great way to get customers in the door, I love it!Located on US 42 in Lexington between Rite Aid and Subway on the west side of the road. They do have seasonal flavors. For October they had apple, caramel, pumpkin etc. Fancier than that, but that’s as good as I could do.”
“We were able to get a table right away around 7pm. The dinner started with drinks where I had the incredible Lemorita that was very big and tasty. We decided to try the egg roll flight which was pretty good. I was in love with the Molcajete which was a cheesy soup. It came out incredibly hot but was filled with good chicken and shrimp. I could not eat it all myself but luckily had someone with me to help and was able to bring some home for dinner.”
“To the delivery man who hopped my balcony to follow the directions of “put on porch”, Thank you. You’re fantastic. A family member accidentally ordered the pizza to my house instead of his, he has a porch, I do not. Customer service 10/10. The pizza was amazing, and so is your mustache.”
“We ordered the Banh-Mi and Carolina Hotdogs. Both had absolutely delicious flavors on great buns, the hotdogs themselves are very meaty and cut into a spiral which we thought helped the flavor and keep some of the toppings on the bun as opposed to in the boxes. We also ordered the garlic parmesan tater tots which were absolutely delicious, especially if you like garlic because they do not skimp on that. The craft soda was a good balance of sweet and flavor without becoming too artificial tasting, the brand is "United Sodas of America".We also loved the little note that was attached to the receipt on the bag. It was such a nice little touch that helps play into the name of the little joint. The atmosphere was pretty great, especially for a 60° day in the middle of February. The outside patio has 2 gas fire pits to sit around with a group of friends, and there's a little turf addition beside that with some more lounging seats. All in all we loved the food and time we spent there and would recommend it to everyone to try when they are in town, whether for the Race track or just driving through.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything outside is easy to get to, the turf addition does have a step down. The sidewalk around the building is a bit slim so some wheelchairs may have some difficulty, but they are attached to the city sidewalk so that can be an alternative to get to the patio as well.”
“Great food and drinks. EKG was terrific as usual. Loved the home made chips and pizza. Server seemed very slow, but realized on leaving she was also working bar.”
“I'll start by saying, I'm pretty loyal to my favorite shop (Purple Indian)... I was working out of town a few months ago on "pizza night," after a quick Google search and talking with a customer, I gave this place a chance. Fast forward... I've been here more than once! They make an excellent pie and the Gioninos bread is ridiculously delicious as well! They have several locations and if they're all as good as the Lexington location, (I'm sure they are) don't hesitate to giving them a try!”
“The food was ok.... two people in our group got their food about ten minutes before the other two....While the taste was ok, the veggies were a bit on the more raw side....not even al dente so much as barely cooked. The staff could improve their communication with guests, but they were nice enough. The takeout side of the business seemed to be booming as there were take out orders lining the counter. The dining area was clean but plain without much effort to create any sort of ambiance. You could get your own drinks, but there was no ice available. It was $93 for 2 teriyaki beef bowls, 1 general Tso's combination plate, 1 order crab rangoons, and two sushi rolls. Seems a little pricy compared to other places I've been, but I could be wrong.”
“A friendly and clean establishment. I do both order online and In-store and haven't had an issue with them. I've learned, by friendly banter, that not only do they take care of us, but several factory and other businesses' orders too. So, I now see how things can be missed. If I order through the app, I make sure to use the special instructions section since I am not in person to tell them to heat things up or add extra extra of somethings. The receipt they get just list what's on the sub. Not that "hey, this dude wants his jalapeños and onions toasted with meat" or " hey double toast the sub" or " heat meat up first and / or then toast" since ive learned any meats can be served cold/hot, so special instructions help them help me get what I want for the day. Great customer service, always makes suggestions, and is again friendly. Remember, folks, they're humans, not a panini press machine ?”
“Food was great , lobby was clean , behind the counter was nasty though . Restroom was very dirty ( no pics) of this mess. Service was not that great , took over 2 minutes to get someone to take order after one of the young men told me someone would be there in just a second , the girl that took my order was friendly and nice but lacked on filling a order , forgot a couple things that go with what I ordered. It is a good spot to stop off the interstate if your traveling, right next to a loves truck stop. I would go here again and give it another try”
“What a great Greek diner!!! The gyros and the baklava were absolutely delicious. The owner is a charmer, and the staff is fantastic. This is the real thing. Don't miss it!”
“I absolutely love the food and staff here! This has become a staple of memories made with friends of mine and have enjoyed every second of being here! They are amazing, and I tell everyone if you want to go somewhere, you know you'll get that warm fuzzy feeling in your heart. Go to "pump and grind"!”
“Stopped in here to grab coffee and a pastry while visiting family and I'm glad we did. The homemade blueberry poptarts are to die for! They also make all of their own syrups and flavor for the coffee in house. Very good coffee and service!”
“My family and I visited Bellville during the weekend of the Total Eclipse, so we expected long wait times at restaurants. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, which was okay with us. This place is very small. Maybe 10 tables/booths in total. The woman that was working the register/taking calls/doing to go orders wasn't exactly friendly, but she was busy, so we gave her some grace. Once we ordered, our food came pretty quickly, and it was AMAZING. They even had vegan cheese options for my husband, which we were so excited about. It's been a very long time since he's been able to order pizza from a restaurant. When he was ordering, the waitress asked if he wanted vegan because that's a choice or if it was an allergy. When we told her it was an allergy, she changed the sauce on his pizza as well because it has dairy in it. She was so helpful! Everything we ordered was delicious, but their cheese breadsticks are soooo good. I actually ordered them both nights that we were in Ohio. And the best part about this place, are their prices. My family of 4 ate here for less than $50 and that was with 2 appetizers!! We will be back, someday!Dietary restrictions: They have vegan cheese, gluten free crust and cauliflower crust for those who need low carb options”
“Door dashed from here for the first time. Absolutely amazing food. The birria tacos are delicious. The Mexican street corn... it's like I'm back home in Texas! All the flavors from home. Will definitely buy again. Can't wait to try more from the menu!”
“I was passing through the area and stopped by. The coffee was excellent, and my friend's beverage was also quite tasty. The place was quiet and comfortable as well. They had small snack items for sale, but I didn't really pay attention to what they were. All around, I'd recommend them for a nice cup of coffee in a chill place.”
“Crumble cookie is my new obsession! I am not lying when I say that I go to Crumble every single week! Some weeks I will go twice!!! My friends and I at work love to see all the new flavors!!!”
“We always stop when passing thru this part of Ohio.My husband is a lemon meringue pie aficionado, and he says, V & M is right up there. Never leave without a piece for later. ?”
“Finally a place that gets acai smoothie right! They don't add sugar, so the smoothie doesn't taste artificially too sweet at all. The sweetness comes largely from the fruit, so it's all natural. I love it. That's the way it should be done.”
“I only like to eat food that is highly favored and seasoned, like Chinese, Indian, a nice well marbled ribeye... Pasta? No thank you...too bland!I ALWAYS look for al pastor tacos wherever I go. These are the BEST I've ever had. Including California, Texas, and Mexico (granted I was at a touristy area)”
“This place radiates comfort. The staff is extremely friendly, the decor is adorable, and most of all, the food is absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend trying it.”
“We enjoyed our first meal of many to come this evening! We had a family member visiting from out of town and wanted to find a local business where we could dine-in. We chose Pronto Pizza! We were so very glad we did. While technically they don’t have a dine-in option, they have a cozy outdoor eating area which was perfect for today’s beautiful weather! We all agree this is our new favorite pizza spot in town! We tried the Cheese, Deluxe, and Buffalo Chicken pizza. We also had the JoJo’s, BBQ, and Garlic Parmesan wings. Everything was fresh, hot, and mouthwatering delish! Not only was the food great, the service was excellent! I was skeptical about the pizza/coffee combo. These are two of my favorite things, so you know I had to try the coffee too! The caramel Macchiato hit the spot. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend.”
“I love going to this place on Friday nights, me, my sister, and my husband we always go to play darts. The staff is nice. The food is good and you can have an alcohol drink if you want if not, they have everything else too.”
“Panchos Tacos is a great Mexican restaurant! It is one of the best I have ever been to. They have a very BIG menu with lots of choices. Something for everyone. I have only been here twice and will be coming back in the future. I personally go for the tacos. So many options and they are very affordable. In my 2 trips I have tried 6 different tacos. They have roughly 25 to 30 different ones to choose from. The margaritas are absolutely amazing too. I definitely recommend going here!”
“Great experience as always. Arrived early and conversed with the owners (they are always there to greet everyone) The red curry salmon was delicious but will be curious about the changes in the seasonal menu in a few weeks”
“Ordered pineapple pizza with light sauce and it was spot on. Reminds me of a local pizza place I'm from so it was nice to be reminded of home. Staff was super friendly when I placed my order. Will try the subs next.”
“No complaints. The food was very good, but not quite A-plus level. The staff are attentive. The sweet tea is Texas-style and delicious. The chips are fresh, and the salsa is good but not exceptional.Parking: Plenty of parking; no worries.”
“Top tier fried bologna sandwich! Onion rings were amazing! Absolutely must stop here if you are in town!!If it helps im here for a second day in a row, for a bologna sandwich! And the fried pickle spears are extremely good too!”
“One of my favorite spots to visit, always great food, quick service and a very clean restaurant. Food is affordable and portions are very adequate. There is a little something on the menu for everyone even if you don't care for Cincinnati style chili”
“Absolutely love the train car diner. Such a unique experience. The service is great and the food is phenomenal. Cannot recommend it enough. If you're in the area or just traveling through, definitely make sure you stop and give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!”
“First time actually going inside. Love the coffee always trying something different. Today tried the herb and cheese biscuit so delicious. Good spot to sit and watch traffic go by while enjoying a cup of coffee.”
