I never go to Subway. It's been years but I stopped in last week needing a quick meal. This was Wednesday April 8th around 5:30pm. The two gals behind the counter worked like a well oiled machine. They were friendly, greeted me as I came in. Food was fresh. Store was clean. Entire process was in and out in probably 5 minutes. I haven't been to a Subway in a while, but there are limited options here in Lex. The young lady behind the counter had a fantastic attitude, joked around and was excited to work. You don't find that much. The sub was made well and ingredients all looked fresh. It was a very clean location. Having a great staff who are efficient and kind is what is missing these days. It made me appreciate not stopping at one of the other fast food spots.
