“Food was great , lobby was clean , behind the counter was nasty though . Restroom was very dirty ( no pics) of this mess. Service was not that great , took over 2 minutes to get someone to take order after one of the young men told me someone would be there in just a second , the girl that took my order was friendly and nice but lacked on filling a order , forgot a couple things that go with what I ordered. It is a good spot to stop off the interstate if your traveling, right next to a loves truck stop. I would go here again and give it another try“
“The food and the staff were wonderful during our latest visit! The reason I gave 4 stars is there is no changing table in the bathroom, had to change our baby on the floor. A changing table would be nice for parents/caregivers. The bathrooms are large enough to accommodate one.“
“One of the few restaurants in the area that you can get into quickly on a Friday night. While chili dogs and spaghetti are the specialty they have plenty of other items to choose from.Vegetarian options: Nearly ever dish can be made vegetarian. Great option for Fridays during Lent.“
“We stopped on the way back from a Mohican visit. Our whole party of 7 people dropped an order for milkshakes, floats, malts, burgers, and fries. The Sammy's team knocked it out of the park! Every item was 100% correct and it was all served up within just a few minutes. They did a fantastic job. I would absolutely go there even if just passing bye on the 71. Great job Sammy's !!“
“I gave 5 stars because the service was excellent. The young lady was quick and friendly. They were busy. I want to be childish and give 1 star, only because the child in me was craving a grape slush. It's been my favorite my whole life. Very basic, nothing special. They no longer have grape. How do you not have grape? Is it gone forever? Will you bring it back next yr? How do I get it back? I "need" that in my life. Please. I'll even buy the bottle so we can have it bk. “
“I absolutely love this Arby's on Park Ave. They go up and beyond to ensure fresh food. Now the Hanley Rd. Arby's needs sensitivity training ?. They don't care what the product looks like nor do they care to fix it. I guess they figured since the store is off the highway no one would tell on them. I will never go back to Hanley Rd Arby's EVER AGAIN!!!“
“I went in on a day off because its walking distance and I have been there before, but this was the best experience I've ever had. I placed an order with the cashier and presented a coupon that apparently I had misread, the cashier called the GM over and she politely accepted the coupon and made the adjustment. The GM was pleasant, the assistant GM making my food was smiling and greeted me, the girl working the drive thru window came over and said hello, and the cashier delivered my food to me while I was sitting at a table waiting and she was very nice and pleasant. It was a wonderful experience, this took place on Friday, March 1st at about 1:00 in the afternoon. Please thank the team for a terrific job well done.“
“If you love burgers and french fries, you probably already know about Five Guys. If you have never been to a Five Guys and you enjoy good burgers and french fries, you should check this place out. You will not be disappointed. The potatoes are cut fresh per order, and they always come out hot and fresh. The burgers are made to order and are always hot and fresh as well. Definitely costs more than Wendy's, Burger King or McDonald's, but there's a reason. And it's worth it. Enjoy.“
“I walked in just about 5 minutes before closing. I felt bad for doing it but the ladies working were very gracious and did not display any irritation even if they might have felt it.I got a banana split & a peanut butter parfait. I thought the parfait came with peanut butter sauce but I was mistaken & the young lady offered to give me some in a cup ?Five star service & five star ice cream ?Thank you for serving with grace & a smile.“
“I didn't catch her name, but the manager last night was the definition of what a manager should be. She was very short staffed and STILL very pleasant and helpful. She was making sure the store was clean and the employees that were there were using their time adequately and trying to call in other help. 10cout of 10.“
“This is the definition of fast food!!! The food was good and hot. I ordered and was through the drive-through in under ten minutes. This McDonald's also has picnic tables for eating outside on a nice day. The facility is updated and clean compared to most, and the lot it sits on is clean, which is nice when you're outside eating. Not your typical McDonald's!!!“
“Outstanding customer service! The employees are always friendly and courteous. Orders are taken carefully and delivered to the table when dining in. Tonight, for the first time, we had a minor mix up on our order. When we made a staff member aware, the manager promptly offered to make a new sub and personally made sure it was correct this time. “This is my favorite pizza hut. Theydid forget my marinara sauce but honestly it wasn't ordered I only asked at the window. The group of people I've encountered working here are extremely polite and great at there jobs. Food is amazing as most pizza huts are but for a place that has fantastic customer service this is the proper hut to hit“
“A friendly and clean establishment. I do both order online and In-store and haven't had an issue with them. I've learned, by friendly banter, that not only do they take care of us, but several factory and other businesses' orders too. So, I now see how things can be missed. If I order through the app, I make sure to use the special instructions section since I am not in person to tell them to heat things up or add extra extra of somethings. The receipt they get just list what's on the sub. Not that "hey, this dude wants his jalapeños and onions toasted with meat" or " hey double toast the sub" or " heat meat up first and / or then toast" since ive learned any meats can be served cold/hot, so special instructions help them help me get what I want for the day. Great customer service, always makes suggestions, and is again friendly. Remember, folks, they're humans, not a panini press machine ?“
