“I don't like how Bucyrus charges extra for the breakfast platter with chicken pattys. they don't charge extra in Tennessee and North Carolina or Virginia. They charge $3.00 extra per platter, just for the chicken!!! Whats up with that???????“

“Camryn our cashier was INCREDIBLY sweet and cordial!! She helped us check out smoothly and accompanied the checkout with a smile!! Great environment, clean, and amazing food (try their fountain cherry Pepsi it’s the best)!!!!

“My boyfriend and I where traveling through here to get to the Columbus zoo 10/22 we are from Lorain county we stopped here for some food and I must say this is the BEST service we’ve had at a Wendy’s the food was fresh and hot and filled properly and the girl at the window was so nice. Out where I live the service at all wendys is TERRIBLE and I dread going there. But this specific restaurant was so awesome !“

“Love the food and the young ladies that work there are very very nice manager not so much rude to her employees and again the manager yells at her employees in front of people not very nice seems to me she targets certain ones it's a job people you may not like them but it's your job to get along with them grow up and be adults and again it's just a job“

“Food hasn't always been perfect but I can forgive food not being perfect it's the staffs friendliness and the service is what I mainly care about. My favorite meal ended up being tenders and as for the chicken I'd say extra crispy although my turn too has been tender meals a lot.“

“Before COVID19 the inside of the rrestaurant felt like an actual restaurant with nice comfy seating with both booths and tables but now after COVID19 I would not want to eat inside. Delivery is great, tracker shows information accurately and the food is always what you expect.

“BK in this town used to be marginal at best when it was on the south end of town. It’s since closed……abruptly.When the brand new BK opened it was rumored to be more of the same ole same ole, but it is not!Hot, fresh food. Friendly people and a clean place. Dual speaker drive thru!We went inside to get our food tonight and we we were not disappointed. Hot, fresh with napkins and the correct sauces in our bag.A+
