“Awesome Arby's! I stopped here on my way back to Columbus, coming from Bluffton where I had gotten my coupon (5 classic roast beef for $5) rejected at the Bluffton Arby's...but not here! These fine reps of Arby's nation accepted my coupon and so I feel obligated to give a shout out. Thank you and I want to say the young girl working at the register was very nice too. All in all, this is a great one. I didn't stay and just got it to go, but I looked at the dining area and it was immaculate. You won't regret stopping at this Arby's, for sure.“

“I had heard a lot of bad reviews on social media about this store since management had changed. My husband want something different Saturday night 4/23/2023 picked up at 810 pm. We kicked around the idea of Sonic, Chipotle, Arbys, and settled on Subway. Best sandwich we have had in a very long time from anywhere. The gentleman working was very nice, everything was fresh and the store was bright and clean.“

Thank you for being one of the few places with this excellent service!! I wish I knew who the employee was but it was a young girl working night shift. She deserves to be in management position bc i cant say anything but great things about her! Please look up my order and see who put my credit on my account to make things right and give her kudos and let her know how thankful i am for her kindness. Its so sad to say, but good customer service these days are hard to come by. “I went here with my wife and 5 year old grandson during the evening rush and we ordered our food and when we sit down to eat it it was the best sandwich I ever got from subway. Emily and the other girl was very nice and friendly while we was there. For great food and great service I would highly recommend this subway.“
“We recently ordered two meat trays and a vegetable tray. The order was fully packed in a handy carrying case complete with mayo and mustard packets and napkins w tongs for the veggie tray the staff was helpful and courteous and the order was ready 30 min before my scheduled pick up. This is the way to host a gathering. Everything was great .“
“Purchased a regular sub that was assembled with fresh meat & cheese that was sliced while I watched. It was delicious! They also have a grilled menu. There was a constant line and take out orders with probably at least a dozen employees keeping up with the demand. I didn’t talk to the manager but watched his interaction with staff & customers enough to know that he is someone who has excellent skill. There was ample sitting with glass storefront for view. The only “complaint” would be that they were so busy that the cleaning of tables wasn’t being kept up with, but I’ll be back!“
“Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. The staff was a little confused about my order and didn't know what was going on so that's why I didn't give them a little. But it was no biggie. It was more amusing than anything else. The food tasted great.“
“I haven’t had Long John Silver’s in a dozen years but decided to go get me some Fish n Chips and Popcorn Shrimp for dinner. The food was good and the employees were very nice. The food portions have dwindled though. Or maybe I just got the short end of the stick on my return visit to a childhood favourite. Still, it tasted fine and it brought back old memories.“
“I visited Subway, 1 N. Franklin St., Richwood, Oh today for myself and my friends. I purchased 3 flatbread 12 inch rotisserie chicken subs w/lettuce, spinach,tomato, onion and ranch dressing on the side.... Rave reviews from me and my friends! They all said they were delicious !!! A 5 STAR!!!! The bread tasted fresh, veggies were good too. The only thg I suggest is plz hv your preparers remove any dangling bracelets that might touch the food and plz don't allow your shirt to touch the customers food as your leaning in to reach for the chicken. or veggies....plz and thank you! The server did apologize and I appreciated that! Other than that... good job subway... Richwood! ....Store looked clean, service could be a lil faster.... Lol...I was almost late for work trying to do a good deed for my friends... lol. I most def will be back soon tho!! :)“
