“Drinks are great really love them. The staff however the night shift to be exact VERY disrespectful and unprofessional had us in line waiting 15 minute only to find out a staff on lunch was having a chat with a friend that was passing through. I’ve had my fill I haven’t been back since then I’m never the type to leave a negative review but I’ve had enough. Total disregard. Night shift needs to change of staff crew“

“Huge shoutout to the manager and her staff this morning! I mentioned an issue I had with an order a few weeks ago, and she insisted she make it right for me this morning! Way to go above and beyond! Excellent customer service this morning! Entire staff was extremely courteous today!! Got food and drinks for my husband and son, everything was fresh and delicious! Thanks again for going above and beyond!!!“

“I don't get over here consistently but I try to make it when I'm in marion. Today I headed downtown with my dog only to find out the rd was closed at the coffee shop due to a car show. It's too hot to leave the dog in the car and walk so I called and explained my situation and the super friendly girl that answered the phone made me a drink and brought it to the door for me with a homemade bone for my dog! He loved it and now I wish I'd ask her if she sells them! Also my cold brew concoction hit the spot!“
