I had a cup that started chipping. Our Starbucks was amazing with getting refunded. They were very friendly and caring. It was refreshing.
Wonderful service and staff!
I'm not sure what's going on with this startbucks or why they are so different from the others but I have never experienced a nicer group of people who are more eager for you to leave their business satisfied. I went for a coffee on i guess pumkin day. They were busy and happy. I wish every starbucks had this level of energy.
