Dunkin' is a popular restaurant that provides a generally positive experience for both customers and employees. The service is often great, with a wide selection of donuts to choose from, though the quality of specific drinks can vary depending on who is making them. The restaurant is known for its clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are described as caring and professional, especially under the effective leadership of the manager. The drive-thru team is friendly and provides great service, though the order ahead lane could be improved. The store stays very clean even during busy times, and the staff remain super nice, making it a kid-friendly spot. Employees like Cat show exceptional patience and kindness, even during chaotic moments, turning frustrating situations into positive experiences. While the music selection could use some improvement, Dunkin' is overall considered a good place to eat and work.
