“I just wanted to thank the team at this Starbucks. I stopped by on a very A very busy Memorial Day. I had several packages and set them in a chair as I drank my coffee with my friends. Well, when I left, I must’ve dropped one of the packages and not noticed, This team was kind enough to take the package back to the Ralph Lauren factory outlet store nearby. That Store then looked up my information and called me and let me know they were going to ship the shirt back to me! Sadly, these days it’s hard to find someone that goes to that much trouble to help a customer out, but this team did and I just wanna say thank you so very much!“

“This McDonald’s location in the suburbs is honestly in a great spot—easy to get to, plenty of parking, and overall a convenient stop when you’re on the go. The food is usually pretty solid for fast food: hot, fresh, and made the way you expect. No major complaints there.

That said, the staff could really use some improvement. Service can feel rushed, unfriendly, or disorganized at times, which definitely takes away from the experience. It’s not always terrible, but it’s inconsistent enough to notice.

“We stopped for dinner while traveling. Place was clean and well maintained. Service was above average, polite friendly and helpful. We had a # 1 & # 2 the fries were outstanding, the Big Mac was a little messy and burgers not hot, my quarter pounder with cheese was overcooked and dry but it was hot. Overall experience was above average.“
