“Mom and I stopped by for an impromptu coffee at the Lewis Center location. Had the best Yemeni coffee with cream and cardamom. The pistachio milk cake was delicious. Wonderful customer service and atmosphere. Imen and her sister were a delight . They were so sweet and informative. Looking forward to trying our honeycomb bread, saved it for later. Today we blew out the candles with a delicious strawberry birthday cake from Paris Baguette, and it was simply perfect. 🎂✨
The sponge cake was incredibly soft, the cream was light, and the fresh strawberries gave it that perfect balance between sweet and refreshing. Every bite tasted like a celebration.

If you're looking for a beautiful, elegant, and truly delicious cake for a birthday, this was definitely a great choice. 💕

A few of the sweet baristas are Kelsey, Daniela, Erin, Gi Gi, but 'all' of them are a joy. The manager is Dylan and he is exceptionally nice always. The baristas 'always' make my customized drink right. They seem like family. Let's be especially respectful and kind to them. The customer service is above and beyond, like nothing you’ve ever seen before, they are super friendly and treat you like you’re a guest in their home. They have a question of the day you answer it and the answer and table number is called out and that’s when you know your order is ready. They make it fun! Their cinnamon biscuits are out of this world. I’m from NJ so biscuits to me are not my thing until I had these and the Manager Mike is super cool, humble and awesome! “I need to take a moment to shout out not only next level service, but what I consider astounding integrity. Let’s unpack my latest experience at Starbucks… I drove to my New Albany Starbucks across from Torchys Tacos, and got in the drive thru line. I was greeted quickly, drive thru was moving smoothly, the voice over the system was kind and patient (I believe this is the same gentleman who handled my transaction at the window). I placed the order, (which I go get for my wife, so I have no clue what it is supposed to look like week to week FYI) and drove to the window. A pleasant, and efficient young man named Nero, (Bill/Billy) handed me my (my wife’s) drink, and I gladly accepted the offered straw and went to pay. Within seconds of placing my cup in the holder, Nero said “wait, please let me see that drink.” I obliged, thinking maybe it got mixed up with another drink, but instead I heard Nero say: “They did not add the cold foam on top.” Mind you here is the order I am asked to go get:

“Venti iced blonde shaken espresso with no classic, 3 pumps white mocha, line the cup with caramel, and salted Carmel cold foam on top :) thank you!!!“

Not exactly the simplest order I’ve been tasked with.. and this young man not only noticed that SMALL detail, he stopped me, took the drink back, FIXED THE DRINK HIMSELF, and handed me the completed beverage. I want to point out that yes it’s amazing service, but looking deeper that’s INTEGRITY. The fact he noticed proves he has incredible attention to detail, on a Sunday at 11:30am no less. It shows integrity in the fact he did not let someone else’s mistake go unfixed, and he had no obligation to interrupt work flow to fix a drink he was not the one to make incorrectly. The time it took to write this dissertation is the smallest token of my appreciation I can offer, for Nero taking the time to, and I quote.. make “the best coffee I have ever had from Starbucks in my life!!” - which is no small compliment. Keep up the amazing work, keep this young man in your sights leadership, if you don’t make ways for him, someone else might. I’ll be back with my business card soon Nero. Thank you again for the incredible experience, and inherent integrity, your parents did well.“

“I buy donuts for a retail store & it's morning meeting. Every time I am in this location, the staff are always very friendly and super nice. It is always clean and inviting. The food is fresh and they take care when I have a large order to make sure everything is packaged nicely so it gets back to the store safely.
