“This place is great! If you haven't been I'd highly suggest a visit. The shop is in the old Galena bank and they still have the vault door, which is really cool. The staff are super nice and the food and drinks are delicious. I got a 16 oz. iced mocha, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin and a lemon muffin. Best way to start a Saturday - will definitely be back soon!“

Though the line was long right at 12 they moved so fast and were so efficient at getting people their food and drinks. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend. “The space is utilized nicely as a coffee shop and brewery. Very chill atmosphere and on warmer days there's a nice patio to relax on. Plenty of seating inside and service was great! They do have a small selection of scones, muffins, granola, etc. if you're peckish and the coffee was delicious but if you get hungry make sure to check out the food truck!!“
“I went here with my friends today (she got the reservation so I can’t comment on the reservation system-but it seemed to go smoothly) and really enjoyed the experience! The staff were pretty unpleasant (except the shorter girl with the brown hair and ponytail), the girl working at the front desk kind of seemed like she hated her life, and the other girl working the session after ours with the frizzy blonde hair and classes seemed super tired and disinterested. My food was ok, the bubble tea was good (came in a cute container) i just didn’t like it that much and i wish my churro donut was warm. But, alas. Ok enough negative, the KITTIES!! They were great and they had a lovely play area, super cute in there! Sweetest kitties i have ever met, they’re totally good with going up to them and petting bellies (most of them at least) and there was one kitty that was spotted that was super playful. I wanted to adopt them all!! Loved the kitties that was the best experience but service and food could’ve been better overall like it a lot and i would come back.:)Kid-friendliness: You probably shouldn’t bring your kids here because the kitties are sensitive to sound (and kids have the tendency to get excited and run)… So bring your 14 year old more mature kids and keep in mind the rules… lol“
“The have a great selection of beer that change during the seasons . Delicious coffee, lattes as well. A good mix of drinkers, family , studying in the crowd. The patio outside w the two fire pits are always a great time . Parking is limited and packed. Rotated food trucks are delicious . “This was my first time at this eatery. I did an online order, and it was ready when I arrived. I looked for a pickup sign and notice one; the lady who came to the register was very nice and grabbed it for me instead of just telling me where to go.I got the Farmer with 2 smashbrowns. I couldn’t decide if I liked the smashbrowns or not (personal texture issue not necessarily taste). The sandwich was really good! The biscuit was good by itself and the combination of the sandwich with the apple butter was ?. I’m kind of sad I didn’t get another sandwich to take home with me, as I live out of town“
“We've stopped here multiple times and always have delicious coffee. They have regular coffee and unique flavors like cardamon rose. You can order them iced, warm or frozen. Definitely worth a stop to grab a drink while you shop down Main Street“
“I have a soft spot in my heart for Eggs Benedict. If it’s on the menu at a restaurant I haven’t been to before, I have to order it.The serving size is excellent. They give you a lot of food. Ask for the homemade hot sauce, it’s legit.The Eggs Benedict is ok. The sauce needs more acidity - add more lemon! It’s smooth and buttery but under seasoned. My daughter had the Big Bite and enjoyed it. It’s a good portion of food.The buttered toast is delicious.Overall, the hash browns needed seasoning. I had them add onions and cheese to the hash browns. I think a little cook on the onions would have made them perfect.It’s someplace I would return to but I’d try something different.The service was excellent. Our waitress was kind.“

Nothing was particularly remarkable, but it was all tasty and high quality! The sandwich in particular was delicious, the brie and prosciutto were excellent, but the bread was a bit too hard. The quiche was pleasantly creamy and the crust was great. Soup was delicious. Brake lines took 10 minutes to fix, and we were not charged because of a technical difficulty on their end - fantastic customer service! The bill would have been WAY less than we anticipated anyway. “My normal store is getting remodeled and so I’ve been going to this one instead. Before when I went here the baristas were friendly enough but it didn’t have that third place feeling and they were never moving with urgency or making meaningful conversation. Some baristas from my other store are here and you can tell the difference they’re making! Abby was the barista who made my drink today and she is one of my favorites from my other store. Friendly, personable, and moves as fast as she can. I even saw her go above and beyond for someone who had their drink taken! There were so many orders but she stayed calm throughout it all. Another special shout-out to Kim who was bright and smiling the entire time; love to see it. Sam was checking in with customers to help find their items which was nice and he was attentive to those waiting.Worried what will happen to the store once the Polaris staff leaves.“
