I don’t really understand all of the negative reviews. I’ve always had pleasant experiences at this location with mobile orders and ordering inside. Just like everywhere else, there are times when this location is busy and other times they are not. Patience goes a long way and it seems like a lot of people no longer have any. The kids who work there are always working hard when I’ve been there.

This Dunkin provides consistently good food. The service was friendly. The inside of the restaurant was in need of attention. When we arrived, the dining area was nearly empty, but every table was covered in crumbs. There was plenty of counter help, but many of the employees were more interested in conversing with one another.
