First time ever visiting and my sister and I had a great time! We both had iced Spicy Cats (chai latte) which were great, and the overall experience was really enjoyable. The cat lounge was clean and spacious for cats and visitors, and the staff present were very kind and friendly. It’s very obvious that the people here understand and respect cats, and most importantly, they CARE about them!! Thanks so much for a wonderful visit!
Not only is this place amazing but the staff was so kind & knowledgeable & it was a really calm environment. We will definitely be back!
We purchased tickets in advanced, arrived early and went in 5 minutes before the place actually opened. We ordered coffee, two pink toe beans drinks, and a strawberry macaron. Me, my husband and our almost 7 year old daughter went. We had an AMAZING time!!!! The place is super clean, nice and cozy inside, all the employees were so sweet and had awesome attitudes! They also serve cat paw–shaped waffles filled with strawberry cream. The cafe is cozy and clean, with a diverse tea menu and a separate room for the cats, allowing guests to spend time petting them while enjoying their beverages.
The place is kid-friendly, but children need to be calm, well-behaved, and respectful of the cats. The kind and helpful staff members are attentive and keep watch to ensure rules are followed. Some visitors mentioned that only a few cats are out most of the time because they often decide to stay in the back or up high, making it a quiet and calm environment for both cats and guests.
