Consistently some of the worst service I have ever gotten from a TH. New featured menu items pop up every month or so, which will have signs out front. I have tried to order these items numerous times and the workers tell me they don't have those items very rudely every single time. The drive thru workers seem to go out of their way to let you know how much they hate every customer that comes through, always very snippy and rude. Maybe my group caught them on a bad day under staffed .. The heat was out or off inside it was colder inside vs outside ?..I think they only had 2 people working both occupied with drive thru service so it took a while to get to customers inside. Rude staff except a senior lady working there was nice. Long waiting time to figure out that they are out of specialty donuts….they need to update digitally they menu when they are out of stock…like other food chains do…..
