I was not a fan of this location. We were traveling and decided to stop for coffee and a quick meal. I was waiting to use the restroom for 10 minutes and decided to ask if they required a key for use. I was told that the ladies' restroom was out of order. I asked if I could use the mens' restroom and was told that it was out of order too. I was surprised because they didn't have any signs posted stating that they were out of order. Signs... too easy to make and could have saved me some time.

Often closed inside during regular hours. Donuts are usually gone early. Seem to be regularly short staffed... likely not paying enough to keep

Consistently some of the worst service I have ever gotten from a TH. New featured menu items pop up every month or so, which will have signs out front. I have tried to order these items numerous times and the workers tell me they don't have those items very rudely every single time. The drive thru workers seem to go out of their way to let you know how much they hate every customer that comes through, always very snippy and rude. All of this and they still get orders wrong very often, and meet you with attitude if you have issue with it. I would strongly recommend driving 10 minutes to the next nearest Tim Hortons.

Maybe my group caught them on a bad day under staffed .. The heat was out or off inside it was colder inside vs outside ?..I think they only had 2 people working both occupied with drive thru service so it took a while to get to customers inside. I will say the young lady with color om her hair (didn't catch her name) that came om for her shift as soon as she was walking in the door asked if we needed assistance she was top notch she didn't wait till she clocked in or other she was on it ?...I guess they have a lot of issues with another local business all side doors and restrooms are on lock because of this other business

Rude staff except a senior lady working there was nice. Long waiting time to figure out that they are out of specialty donuts….they need to update digitally they menu when they are out of stock…like other food chains do…..

POLICE INCIDENT with an employee at Tim Horton's. If I could give negative 50 stars, I would. The poor service started with a rude encounter at the drive-thru speaker. We trudged on to the drive-thru window to pay for our food. And it went downhill from there. After about 10 mins of waiting after payment, the cashier comes back and says she couldn't find the chips. She didn't attempt an apology but said she would refund us for the chips. Fair enough She issues the refund and comes back more than 10 minutes later again. No apology for the wait or anything. Hands the bag out the window with not so much as a thank you for coming through and closes the window. I check the bag and there is only 1 of the 2 sandwiches we ordered. And the sandwich we received was not prepared correctly. Like not even close. Mind you, we were the only ones in the drive thru when we placed the order. The driver POLITELY handed the order back and say again POLIETLY, why don't we just forget it. If you could refund the order and we'll go elsewhere. She said is something wrong? The driver explained and was told that we would have to come back the next day for a refund because there is no manager on shift. Welp, that did it. Besides all of the other issues with this encounter, there was no sorry, no nothing. Just go away and come back tomorrow. What if we were an out-of-town customer? I told the cashier that was not an acceptable answer, and I would call the police if we didn't receive a refund. To which she rudely screamed, they are right there. The police were behind us (as a customer) in the drive-thru. The police officer was the only helpful individual in this situation. I called the store this afternoon and was met with a continuous series of rings and no voicemail so I couldn't speak to a manager. I'm taking my complaint all the way up the chain. I have never experienced such outlandish and rude behavior in all my years, and I don't think I will ever patronize a Tim Horton's again.

This location is run terribly. They’re out of whatever donut i’m trying to order every time I go, no matter the time of day.On July 4th around 11:45am, We were rudely told by the manager that they were completely out ofdonuts and timbits, “since we close early today”. They were also out of biscuits. At the window It said they close at 5pm on the holiday. They were out of ALL donuts and timbits at 11:45am because of their early closing time (5pm). such odd behavior for a donut/breakfast place. The teens that work here are nice they just seem like they have no idea what’s going on. Reflects on the manager, not them. Do not go there, it’s not worth it!

Went through the drive thru tonight at 6:20pm June 24 2023 and the girl taking my order was rude, interrupted me and made ordering 1 thing so inconvenient I just drove off! I come here everyday and never felt like they didn't want to do their jobs before. I understand it's closing time but that just made me never want to return. Lost a good customer today!

Took a haunted ghost tour that claims this Tim Ho’s holds a portal to hell within. Definitely tastes like that’s where they cook the donuts, and then air cool them for 4-5 days before serving.

Avoid this location. Very sketchy. Terrible and nasty customer service.Out of basic items, like bread for sandwiches, but they didn't say so until after I had paid.Got my order wrong, no apology, then argued with me about making it right. Seemed annoyed to have to work instead of hiding in the back chatting.Multiple problems in one visit and I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time with two workers.I've never had such a negative experience in any other Tim Horton's before, or even any other restaurant for that matter. Really inexcusable behavior from the woman in charge at the time.
