I went here with my friends today (she got the reservation so I can’t comment on the reservation system-but it seemed to go smoothly) and really enjoyed the experience! The staff were pretty unpleasant (except the shorter girl with the brown hair and ponytail), the girl working at the front desk kind of seemed like she hated her life, and the other girl working the session after ours with the frizzy blonde hair and classes seemed super tired and disinterested. My food was ok, the bubble tea was good (came in a cute container) i just didn’t like it that much and i wish my churro donut was warm. But, alas. Ok enough negative, the KITTIES!! They were great and they had a lovely play area, super cute in there! Sweetest kitties i have ever met, they’re totally good with going up to them and petting bellies (most of them at least) and there was one kitty that was spotted that was super playful. I wanted to adopt them all!! Loved the kitties that was the best experience but service and food could’ve been better overall like it a lot and i would come back.:)Kid-friendliness: You probably shouldn’t bring your kids here because the kitties are sensitive to sound (and kids have the tendency to get excited and run)… So bring your 14 year old more mature kids and keep in mind the rules… lol

I planned on visiting Kitty Bubble cafe for several weeks and hoped to be able to leave a positive review based on the cute atmosphere and adorable kitties. Unfortunately, due to horrible customer service after receiving a drink I did not enjoy, I will not be returning.A Barista recommended the Brown Toe Bean drink and after reading the menu description of “Black milk tea with Brown Sugar Bubble and Milk Cap” I ordered the drink. It was not clear to me that the drink was cold and full of Tapioca balls which I typically don’t like. I decided to try the drink but after a few sips, it just wasn’t for me. I asked the Barista if I could get a different drink instead, but was told by 2 employees I would have to order a new drink. They did however rather unhelpfully offer to pour my drink into another cup to remove the tapioca balls.I spent $8.00 on this drink and had planned to purchase 2 $15 hats, 2 $4 kitty towels, and 2 One hour sessions with the cats for $30, not to mention possible subsequent trips if I had a good experience. Unfortunately, rather than create a loyal customer and earn several more purchases by simply replacing my drink, they’d prefer being stingy. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The cashier recommended the drink I ordered, so after not liking it I asked if I could have something else or if they'd make me a new one without Boba (the menu did not list it). I would have understood a simple no, but the response I got was beyond rude. They didn't look at me, one of them answering me as she looked at her phone. Another responded bluntly with "no, you'll have to pay for another one." I said okay. But as I started to walk away, the girl proceeded to question me rudely on why I didn't like it. I explained a few things, to which she rolled her eyes at me. Costing $8.15, the drink was too sweet, burnt tasting, gritty, and overall a bad combination of flavor (brown toe bean is the name of the drink).Random add- they put our hot drinks in a plastic cup, which is horrible in regards to health.I was going to buy a few things from their cat section, but after the rude service, we all decided to leave. Although we felt playing with the cats would be fun, we did not think staying in the rude and unwelcoming environment was worth it.

I’m always impressed by places that can balance a food service industry with live animals. This place seemed to do it great! Although we were not able to get a spot by just showing up, we could see all the cute cats through the windows while we had our drinks. They have a lot of good merchandise for the cat lovers in your family so make sure to come check it out. Super adorable! A fun, relaxing way to spend a half hour or an hour! The bubble tea is great, the cafe is adorable and clean, and the cat area is so well taken care of! There were a lot of toys to use with the cats, and it’s fun to just sit and watch them play and wait for them to let you pet them!

Come for the cats or the snacks! Whether you need contact with some fuzzy monsters or a break from your own, this is such a nice place to hang out. I really like the macarons and stouts, though the bubble teas are also quite good.

Nice place and really cute cats. Drinks were pretty good as well, however there was an issue when my friend ordered one of their food items. It was over 20 mins of us waiting and we kept going up to the register to ask about the food, but the workers kept saying to “give it a few minutes”, not once did they come up to us and explain or offer to refund. We got tired and ended up leaving without it, especially when everyone who came in before and after us were already served and attended. Overall a fun time, but would’ve liked better communication.

I absolutely love this place. I started off with a lavender latte and signed up to spend an hour with the kitties. They do charge $15 for the hour, but it was so worth it. The cat room is so cute and the kitties all seemed comfortable and well taken care of. I swear it was such a wonderful experience that my high blood pressure drop down to normal. I highly recommend this experience!

AMAZING spot!!! They really care about the cats and their first priority is keeping them safe and relaxed so there are strict rules about interacting with them, but I think that’s for the best! <3 you can watch the cats play from the other side of the glass in the cafe if even if you don’t feel like buying a slot to go see them (a great place to get to know and adopt a cat too!) the drinks are delicious (the taro latte is to die for) and the interior is SO cute it should be illegal. Highly recommend <3Parking: Not a BUNCH of parking in lot but very easy side street parking next to itKid-friendliness: Great spot for kids, I’ve seen some negative reviews basically complaining that they won’t let little children physically abuse the cats and it’s like … yeah….
