TIME: 6:30 p.m.
Went there to simple order a Single Hamburger and free Senior drink ! There A/C wasn't working, they said when I had asked that it's broken unworkable right now ! All employee's were so heat exhausted, faces were red, sweat dripping from their heads! I mentioned to Manager wouldn't it be nice to go purchase a few small Fan's to bring into Rest and keep your suffering employes cool down ! She looked at me as if she didn't really care!...read full review

Wendy's offers decent food, with hot and fresh meals, including the JBC. However, some staff may struggle to understand specific orders, such as adding bacon to a JBC with mayo. The restaurant could benefit from more staffing to reduce stress, and the kiosk ordering system is hit or miss. Despite these issues, the service at this location is exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff, making it a pleasant dining experience. The dining area is usually clean, and the staff is helpful and kind. When the drink machine is down, staff are still very nice and get orders ready quickly. The food is always hot and fresh, and the restaurant is a good place to eat, with friendly workers who provide good customer service.
