“At the Shelby OH location I tried ordering a Quesarito at the drive thru and was informed that we (customers) can't order a quesarito at the stores anymore, but can order it through the tacobell app. I got out of line and put an order in and got everything the way I had ordered it (which is great, because my fiance is picky and likes having a lot of substitutions). All in all, it was a positive experience, I'm just confused as to why I can't order a quesarito in person anymore, and wonder what else can't be ordered in person.“
“River and Alivia were working, the place was clean and they were friendly. I seen such good attitudes with them. They were helpful, worked well together, and the food they made us was awesome. They made subs like Subway use to be. They were not skimpy, they gave recommendations, overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend these two girls and the food there. “I showed up pretty late at night probably an hour before closing. Everything seemed pretty smooth at first the lady taking the order got it 90% right. Paid had me pull forward. Waited probably 5 min or so and everything was almost perfect except they forgot half the order. I will say tho they was pretty busy for a Tuesday night. All in all 4 outta 5“
“Every time I visit this place the employees are always nice. I stop every morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich for the last 21 yrs. And never had I've had 1 bad experience. Great job and keep of the great service. I appreciate you getting up at 3am for I can have my coffee.“
“The food and the staff were wonderful during our latest visit! The reason I gave 4 stars is there is no changing table in the bathroom, had to change our baby on the floor. A changing table would be nice for parents/caregivers. The bathrooms are large enough to accommodate one.“
“One of the few restaurants in the area that you can get into quickly on a Friday night. While chili dogs and spaghetti are the specialty they have plenty of other items to choose from.Vegetarian options: Nearly ever dish can be made vegetarian. Great option for Fridays during Lent.“

I want to be childish and give 1 star, only because the child in me was craving a grape slush. It's been my favorite my whole life. Very basic, nothing special. They no longer have grape. How do you not have grape? Is it gone forever? Will you bring it back next yr? How do I get it back? I "need" that in my life. Please. I'll even buy the bottle so we can have it bk. “
“I absolutely love this Arby's on Park Ave. They go up and beyond to ensure fresh food. Now the Hanley Rd. Arby's needs sensitivity training ?. They don't care what the product looks like nor do they care to fix it. I guess they figured since the store is off the highway no one would tell on them. I will never go back to Hanley Rd Arby's EVER AGAIN!!!“
