Last winter I was driving through on I-90 and stopped for the night off the Milan Exit at around 9 p.m. I’d had no dinner, and all the restaurants were closed, but the motel clerk suggested I try this Subway shop. A young man and woman had just closed and were cleaning up when I knocked on their door. Not only did they let me in, they patiently waited for me to make my choices, carefully made up the order from their clean, fresh ingredients, and then ... !!! told me that I qualified for a coupon offer they had going on which reduced by price by a large amount.
Locals should support this shop!“

I bumped food down to 4 stars (normally a 5) but the last couple weeks I’ve been here we have had pink burger on the inside every time which is a little disappointing. Hopefully they can figure that out because the pink in the burger really grosses me out and I’m pretty sure everything is supposed to be well done. I’ll be back regardless, it is normally an outstanding location and again, the staff are always a 10/10. Be kind.“

Taco Bell is one of the last fast food places that is actually affordable these days. “Golly Gee is my go to to get my blue goo fix. Nothing can compare! Flavorburst is an understatement, it will take your taste buds on a wild ride. Blue goo addiction aside, Golly Gee has a wonderful staff and delicious menu. They use quality items in all of their eats and treats and I couldn’t recommend them enough. A MUST visit for a treat from your wildest dreams.“

Okay but can we PLEASE talk about Andy’s China Dragon Express for a minute?! Walking in here instantly took me BACK because this place still feels like the ORIGINAL Taco Bell restaurants once did years ago 🌮😭❤️

The inside still has that old-school atrium feel, the classic table setup, the retro vibes, the glowing menu boards, and that nostalgic dine-in atmosphere that so many places have sadly gotten rid of over the years 🥡✨ Honestly it felt like stepping straight into the 90s in the BEST possible way!

And let’s not forget… this local gem was once recognized as one of the TOP Chinese restaurants in the nation?! 👏🏆 That framed newspaper article on the wall is SUCH a cool piece of local history!

There’s just something comforting about places like this. Family-owned vibes, longtime community roots, hot fresh food, retro drive-thru memories, and that feeling of walking into somewhere that has stayed true to itself all these years ❤️🐉

This location does not only sell nuggets and no, classic pretzels only take between 10-12 minutes and are almost always available. They don't make sweet almond pretzels with every batch because there just isn't enough interest (sometimes they don't even sell one sweet almond classic pretzel a day). And it's never been out of the new dragonfruit mango frost drink since it's came in. This store is top notch and anyone who says otherwise is wrong!“

“Went in around 1030-1100am and was told it would be about a 10 min wait on the chicken sandwich. I said no biggie. They offered me a free drink for my wait. Employees were very nice and when my food was brought out it was super fresh and hot. They even threw in two free apple pies and fries. Thank you kfc!“
