This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the quality is good and they get your order right, but most other times the order is either wrong or the quality isn’t great. Today, they forgot to include the bacon on my sandwich and I only got a few slices of roast beef on my “Beef Mode” sub. There was hardly any beef on it... totally underwhelming. Three employees working but not doing a whole lot. The sandwich counter where they make the sandwiches needed cleaning and attending. Pop on the counter near the pop machine. Only one table didn’t have crumbs on it. Tried to use a coupon for a foot-long meal deal for $7.99 and it ended up being 12 bucks. Asked why and they said there was an up charge to the mozzarella. They apologized for not telling me ahead of time. Won’t be coming back.

Seems like all the good people are gone…I’ve been to this location twice now and both times got the worst service. The girl that made my sandwich was extremely rude. It was so obvious that even my 13 year old said something. The “manager” is the problem I assume, she was nasty to the employees the whole time we were there. The whole place was disgusting.
