I've never had even a mediocre experience here. The customer service is top notch and pretzels always come out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The drinks are also quite refreshing. The team at this store obviously works very hard and deserves recognition for such an awesome effort!
Fresh pretzels. Sweet-tasting drinks. Okay prices. And friendly, smiling faces all around. I couldn't ask for more. I'm not sure why others are saying that their pretzels are doughy or all clumped together because I've never had that problem. People just want to find something to complain about!

Some of these people on here must enjoy leaving bad reviews for the heck of it! This location does not only sell nuggets and no, classic pretzels only take between 10-12 minutes and are almost always available. They don't make sweet almond pretzels with every batch because there just isn't enough interest (sometimes they don't even sell one sweet almond classic pretzel a day).
