Super disappointed with the pretzel pizza bites! I’m pretty sure they sat under the heat lamps way too long. Price was outrageous. My expectations were for the yumminess of past experiences. Not sure I will return????

Some of these people on here must enjoy leaving bad reviews for the heck of it! This location does not only sell nuggets and no, classic pretzels only take between 10-12 minutes and are almost always available. They don't make sweet almond pretzels with every batch because there just isn't enough interest (sometimes they don't even sell one sweet almond classic pretzel a day). And it's never been out of the new dragonfruit mango frost drink since it's came in. This store is top notch and anyone who says otherwise is wrong!

I've never had even a mediocre experience here. The customer service is top notch and pretzels always come out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The drinks are also quite refreshing. The team at this store obviously works very hard and deserves recognition for such an awesome effort!

Fresh pretzels. Sweet-tasting drinks. Okay prices. And friendly, smiling faces all around. I couldn't ask for more. I'm not sure why others are saying that their pretzels are doughy or all clumped together because I've never had that problem. People just want to find something to complain about!

This location only sells nuggets. If you want full size pretzels you have to wait 20 minutes for them to special make them. Also they assume you want nuggets when you walk up and ask for a pretzel. Never been to such a joke of an auntie Anne’s. Also sold out of the new mango drink and had no sweet almond flavor available.

I got the pretzel nuggets and they taste alright, except they’re very undercooked and they aren’t really nuggets its just a huge clump of slightly cooked dough with cinnamon

Got the pepperoni nuggests and they were one big clump of dough.
Food was fine and lemonade good. But poor management. They made more cinnamon sugar nugs while we purchased the last original nugs. They weren't out of the cinnamon nugs but felt the need to make more. We had to settle for a single original Pretzel nugs for 4 people to share because they couldn't be bothered to keep them stocked. Seems stupid to ignore the item that sold out and restock something that didn't need to be restocked.
