This one is small, but has all the classics.
I was passing through town last week and stopped at Subway, and Kyle provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. He was fast, friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to care about doing a great job, and Kyle definitely does. If I owned a business, he'd be exactly the kind of employee I'd want on my team. Thanks for the excellent service, Kyle—keep up the great work!
