Food was subpar, the order taker couldn't put the order in correctly ( finally got it right after 3 times- and we didn’t order anything complicated) then the app code for a frosty wouldn't work because he didn't ring up the frosty before using the code( this was seriously 7 minutes and then we had to wait for a manager to fix it.
I rate this restaurant highly, because of the food quality, the relative speed of their service, and the way you get treated when speaking to employees and such. They got all of this stuff down. My only warning is that sometimes the lunch crowd is pretty heavy, and so you will often have a longer wait if you go through the drive-thru around lunch time.... I suppose though, that this is simply proof that the food is good.
