“Some friends of mine and myself were in the area last week and this was not far from where we were bowhunting. The food was great, service was great and other patrons were very friendly. Above all else,pretty much all the staff we had interactions with were awesome. I'm from the south and my buddies are from upstate NY so they had a lot of fun out of us. Great hospitality. A+ experience!”

“What a neat spot. Great atmosphere and the beer and drink selection is 10/10. Bar and seating area is a little small, but sometimes really cool spots don’t need tons of seating. Food is very good and the owner is passionate about his pub.”

“I drove past on my way to drs appointment and saw the deal on the board decided to give them a try and I was super impressed. Always super friendly when I go in to pick up and I’ve been ordering every other week or so. Pizza is always ready and made perfectly! Definitely worth the drive from Mansfield every other week or so!!”

“Loved it all. Ate everything right away so I didn't get any pictures. Sub was delicious! Pizza was great, even my son wanted pizza after I gave him a happy meal that he wanted before seeing the pizza. They did forget my garlic butter, but I should have checked it before I walked out. They were busy (phone ringing and other consumers coming in) but still maintained a friendly environment. Will be ordering from them again.”

“I’m a long-time regular at Wendy’s and have come to say these other reviewers should probably seek therapy with how angry they are. The workers at Wendy’s have always treated me with extreme respect and are very kind-hearted. Gerry and those he manages have done an amazing job, especially while being short staffed. I love engaging in conversation with them after they bring out my food, and the wait times have never been more than a few minutes at most. There was only one instance in which I reported a complaint to Gerry, and in the year since then it has never happened again. Huge kudos to the Wendy’s staff team in Shelby. You guys are doing an excellent job.”

“I recently stopped in. I was greeted with a warm smile and the smell of fresh baked brownies. I got the carmel apple scone and sprinkle sugar cookies. Both were quite impressive. “Today I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick up my 4 large drinks and a dozen donuts at the Shelby Dunkins. When I arrived at the pick up window my order wasn't there. I ordered on the app for the Dunkins in Bellville! I tried to call Bellville Dunkins 3 times but there was no answer. I went back to the Shelby window and explained what I had done...and asked them how I could correct the issue. They said my order was already processed in Bellville but don't worry we will take care of your order here. They did not ask me to pay again and said no worries. This is GREAT customer service and I'd give them 10 stars if I could! We always have a great experience at the Shelby Dunkins with delicious drinks and food! I still felt bad so I bought them a pizza and took it to them....They were appreciative and said I didn't have to do that but what they did for me was a big deal in my eyes...and a pizza was so minor but I wanted to do something for them. Thank You Shelby Dunkins for Great Customer Service.”
