Above all else,pretty much all the staff we had interactions with were awesome. I'm from the south and my buddies are from upstate NY so they had a lot of fun out of us. Great hospitality. “My husband & I have always make a point of stopping at this Arby's when we pass through the Willard area because of their friendly service, great food and clean restrooms. I was passing through Willard on my deceased mother's birthday and I remembered how my mother loved Arby's Chocolate milkshakes so I decided to stop and have one in her memory. When I told the cashier she said it was on her and would not charge me. She & Arby's blessed me beyond words on a difficult day! Thank you!”

“Loved it all. Ate everything right away so I didn't get any pictures. Sub was delicious! Pizza was great, even my son wanted pizza after I gave him a happy meal that he wanted before seeing the pizza. They did forget my garlic butter, but I should have checked it before I walked out. They were busy (phone ringing and other consumers coming in) but still maintained a friendly environment. Will be ordering from them again.”
