We had hands down The best service ever from a fast food restaurant. everything was hot and fresh Melissa the shift manager I do believe she works on 1st Shift I'm gonna double check and make sure that is her name but I gave her a tip my husband and I did because I've never had service like that ever in my life she didn't even forget one condiment and that is the 1st thing to be forgotten especially when they have to bring your order out she needs like chief manager of the year...read full review
The Arby's in Willard is the best. Staff is polite, friendly and fixes your order perfectly. You can rely on their dining room to be open. Their new hamburger was delicious! Good job!

Their beef brisket sandwich is with the price and wait. I know, it's not a traditional Arby's sandwich, but let me tell you, don't knock it until you try it. Requires no sauces or additives.
