“Revised Review:
Well, where did we start to go wrong? I don't really understand what's happening to the stores around here. Are they the same management? Do they have a management deficiency? I would have assumed it was a corporte issue but I go to stores all over the eastern USA and they're always on their game. So that leaves me to believe it's a local issue. I don't believe it's a talent issue, but actually im not sure. I truly believe they understaff to bare minimum and when theirs peak times or someone calls off then theirs too few of staff to carry the weight. It's unfortunate really. Companies running bare minimum staffing to keep the expenses low hurts the brand, the customers and the staffing. I get not wanting people to stand around but if you cant project and schedule your busy times nor staff coverage to cover call offs that's on you. This location has such potential to be good. Yet more and more I'm starting to see days between the good where the wait times are ridiculous to pure insane. Drive thrus that wrap around a building generally aren't because they're busy, it's because the amount of time between ordering to sending your food out the window is too long. So what I believe has changed is the management and staffing.
Maybe it's a local mindset.... I look at places like McDonald's who also are failing in the same regard. But mainly local. All they want to do is get you to the food window and pull you forward. But the amount of time between ordering and pickup window is more than enough to have orders ready. Maybe the business models have changed. But the drive through service industry seems to be falling short, mainly around here. The volume of some of the stores I've been to especially in Florida is insane with way less weight time. So I truly do feel its a management failure.

It's nice to have a real sit down Starbucks in Ontario, Finally! They are usually very quick in comparison to the other store. The guy on speaker/window in the mornings lot is very pleasant and helpful. Helps start the day off good when that's your first interaction of the day. They are out of stuff sometimes but that's a Starbucks brand issue nowadays and not just to this store and not very often. Love their hours. It's nice to have them here. Wish the other store was managed and ran as good as this one.....“

“Have had to eat here quite a bit the last several months for necessities sake. The more often we've gone, the nicer they have been! They know us by name, and are super quick to fix food mistakes (though for us they have been rare) kind management and in my opinion, the best McDonald's food in our area. Definitely recommend this one.“

“Im a frequent customer to dunkin all over as I travel for a living but this location is my favorite so far, the employees are the sweetest, very uplifting, smiling, helpful and they actually will recommend things and that means a lot. If they mess up by mistake they take accountability with a smile and you do not see that very often anymore. And it doesn't matter what shift you come in you get the same from all the employees I have encountered.. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience every time I come in..“
