“My family lives about an hour and a half away from Ashland. We love Dukin's here in town so we stop by at the Ashland one on Claremont avenue. I have to say, we have never been to such a nice welcoming and friendly restaurant. On top of the food being so well made prompt and top-notch, Megan who works there was absolutely wonderful to us. We felt welcomed and cared for just as if we were known as regular customers there. I have to say, that anybody who makes someone who is from out of town feel this welcome, it's a five-star plus I couldn't give a higher review if I wanted to. “On November 12, 2023, my family and I were on our way to Akron to have our beloved pet Zoey put down, who had been suffering from seizures and heart issues. We stopped for coffee at the drive-through, where a kind female employee noticed our dog in the back seat. She offered us a snack for her, but I told her that she might not eat it because of her condition and we were on our way to have her put down ):. She broke down in tears, and so did pretty much everyone else including myself, they all came to the window to express their sympathy and support. My fiancé and I were shocked and touched by their generosity and empathy, and we broke down in tears. They treated our dog as one of their own, they showed us the most amazing kindness, and compassion that we have ever experienced.The employees were so compassionate and understanding that they made a special care package for our dog, with a sandwich and some snacks… I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for making our difficult journey a little bit easier. They are truly beautiful human beings. ??I was shocked by the love and compassion. Thank you once again. ❤️“

“Had a wonderful experience this morning. Decided to order a coffee on my mobile app to pick up on my way into work. In my opinion the McDonald's app is absolutely terrible. Almost every single time I use it there's some type of problem. Yes.. I continue to use it anyways. Placed my order and paid through the app. Pull up to the first window and the lady told me that it was showing that I needed to pay at the window because my payment did not go through on the app. I was already having a rough day, I was tired I didn't feel good and now I was extremely annoyed because my payment did not go through. The look of disgust on my face I'm sure was terrible. All I could think was... this stupid app and how am I going to get to my purse to pay for this when I'm in the front driver seat and my purse is in the back of the truck. Just then the lady working at the window says no never mind I'm going to pay for it for you. I said no no no that's fine I just need to get to my purse. She then insisted on paying for my coffee and said it was going to be a Christmas present. This kind gesture by a complete stranger made my day. This was a reminder that there are still some amazing, kind hearted people out there in what sometimes seems like a cold word. I just want to again say.. THANK YOU! you truly brightened my day and I will definetly be passing it on.“
“Had a mobile order and was under the impression that they served chili since it was on the menu. Once I arrived I was notified they didn't make chili at this location. Was comped with an extra sandwich of my choosing and if that wasn't enough was still offered a refund for the chili. This Tim Hortons is probably the best service I've ever received from this establishment. Kudos Team ??“
“We ordered donuts for 105 middle school and high school girls and our adult team for a special treat while we were staying at a nearby campground. The customer service was great and the donuts were amazing! Every kind got rave reviews from our crew, and my maple cream filled was most definitely the best I've ever had! Thank you!“
