“Last week I went in for a refresher and cake pops.
I was waiting in line and 2 people ended up cutting in front of me, I made eye contact with one of the baristas and just giggled and moved behind the other ladies. The barista was super sweet and opened up another register to take my order. I think her name was Hannah. She was so sweet and probably the best experience I’ve had at a Starbucks!“

“Girl at the window parked us. The sweet tea that we asked for was disgusting. I told cody if he could give us an ice coffee instead. He agreed happily and went to make the coffee but was stopped by the girl at the widow. After listening to their conversation about the sweet tea. She told Cody that we could not get an ice coffee and to put sweetener into our ice tea and give it back to us. Cody told her that was a bad idea because the sweet tea was old and it wouldn't change the flavor but she wouldn't let him make the coffee. A manager over her the conversation and told Cody to make the coffee for us. I want to command Cody for standing up for us and staying his ground with the girl at the window. I didnt get the girls name but Cody was great and I hope more employees can learn from him. Cody gets 5 stars the girl at the window gets 1 star.“

“I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and bought some of the banana nut and Seville orange coffee! outstanding! I have always loved this shop, but it has been awhile since the last time I stopped in. Best place ever and I will be back more often. Great selection of teas, too! 🥰“

“We went in yesterday to check it out. First impression was that it’s a cute place very clean looks like a nice relaxing place. Talked to the staff they are so nice! Tasted the salted caramel ice-cream and about lost my mind with how good it is! I can’t wait to try all the other flavors! We have had the tiramisu as well and WOW is that amazing as well.“

“I'll be updating this post with photos later which I thought I had already done. We were having people over and bought a variety of bagels, my fav was the everything and the rosemary bagel. They also have a gluten free selection and tried to get a gf cinnamon roll but they were out. Today I went and got the last one. My gf gf said it was amazing, I'll be going back to buy more gf cinnamon rolls.“

“Found this place on a whim and placed a custom order ahead for cupcakes and cake pops. They turned out beautiful and tasted even better! The premium cupcake fill is definitely worth it and very reasonably priced imo. I ended up also getting a premade cupcake to use as a smash cake and it was perfect, but the pricing for a custom smash cake is also very reasonable. I would 10/10 recommend and would order from here again. The gentleman at the counter for pick up was also very friendly and everything at the counter looked delicious!“

“Went here today after my sons and I visited cleveland clinic and this place is a godsend. They feed you, send you home with food have coffee made for you its like a restaurant in god's office. Absolutely a blessing. I will be coming back and I want to support this organization to keep growing. We left there today with warm food, hearts, and love. Jojo is a blessing to this place and is a straight up humanitarian. They dont treat you like a bother or make you feel embarrassed its like a Cafe where everyone goes to hang out and collect blessing. “Breakfast sandwich classic made with a gluten free English muffin was delicious! Sadly, however, the last few times I’ve been in, I’ve sampled several of their gluten free baked goods which were all subpar. Today I told myself that the red velvet cupcake would determine whether I ever tried another of their gf baked goods. I used to love this place in the Wellness Center, when the cafe was 100% gluten free, and the red velvet cupcakes, scones and muffins were exceptional. Thought I’d spare a gluten free soul by sharing my experiences.“
