The lady in the window is always constantly awesome when i deal with her but I find it personally hard to deal with everytime I go in listening to the people in the back just completely disrespect and mock her

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that serves a variety of meals, including breakfast items like breakfast sandwiches. Customers have noted that service can sometimes be slow, especially when no staff are at the counter, leading to ordering from kiosks. Occasionally, kiosks are out of paper and do not provide order numbers or receipts, which can cause delays. Customers have experienced issues with incorrect orders, such as missing items or wrong beverages, but the staff generally responds quickly to fix mistakes. For example, one customer received a missing breakfast sandwich and a different drink but chose not to replace the beverage. Despite these problems, the food is often hot and fresh when served. Customers appreciate friendly and helpful staff, especially when staff members are engaged and positive. Some customers find it frustrating when they cannot get their preferred drinks or when they have to wait longer than expected, but overall, the experience varies. The restaurant's modern design is appreciated, even though some customers remain disappointed by order accuracy and cleanliness issues at times.
