“1st time trying Scoops and my family will definitely be back. My husband got a banana split and Holy cow that thing is massive. He will definitely have leftovers. lol, maybe not. our sons and the take 5 parfait and a funnel cake sundae. They loved every bite. I had the cookie butter parfait with Scoops famous pecan. It was so good. We also bought our pup Dixie a doggy sundae. She really loved it. All the girls were amazing that served us. 😍 What a great 1st impression.”

“The Seville East of Chicago is awesome! The people there are extremely nice and the food is always great. EOC gets a bad rap when you talk to people about the chain, but this location will change your mind. The taco pizza is so good and my kids love the bacon cheese fries. You guys are awesome!”

“Since Covid, fast food chain personnel has gone way down hill.

We got there (unknowingly) 2 min before they closed and yet they were all actively working hard and happy to take our order (Chloe, I talking about you)

It was a very positive environment. That’s rare these days. And yes, the food was great too. :)

“Girl at the window parked us. The sweet tea that we asked for was disgusting. I told cody if he could give us an ice coffee instead. He agreed happily and went to make the coffee but was stopped by the girl at the widow. After listening to their conversation about the sweet tea. She told Cody that we could not get an ice coffee and to put sweetener into our ice tea and give it back to us. Cody told her that was a bad idea because the sweet tea was old and it wouldn't change the flavor but she wouldn't let him make the coffee. A manager over her the conversation and told Cody to make the coffee for us. I want to command Cody for standing up for us and staying his ground with the girl at the window. I didnt get the girls name but Cody was great and I hope more employees can learn from him. Cody gets 5 stars the girl at the window gets 1 star.”

“Excellent food and service! The food is always fresh and flavorful. They offer great gluten free options as well. The fried chicken is even gluten free, and absolutely delicious! There isn't a ton of seating, but we normally grab takeout anyway. I highly recommend trying it out. you won't be disappointed.”

“We love Alexandris in Wadsworth and have been going here for many years. The food and service have always been exceptional. Today we had lunch and added on their Chicken Dumpling soup. I want to tell you that it was the best I have ever had. So much so that we took home a half gallon and had it for dinner as well.”

“We were gifted a meal from a family member who lives out of town and she read the reviews and order us a wonderful delicious meal of chicken Alfredo sausage peppers onion's and pasta, spaghetti and meatballs, pasta, breadsticks, salad! We live in Wadsworth and hadn’t heard of this place well I will tell you their food is amazing! I loved it very tasteful! I have found a new place to get a good meal from! Highly recommend this place!”

“We always wanted to check this place out and finally went there for our wedding anniversary. Very pleased with experience. The food was amazing, the chef and owner came to check on everything which was very delightful. Great seeing the entire family taking care of business. Two twin boys were hosting and doing outstanding job at the young age. Will plan on coming back! Only 3 stars for the service since we did not get our water glasses refilled the entire night, had to ask multiple times for that.”

“I enjoy ordering the decaf caramel Macchiato I appreciate that they have dairy alternatives as well. On 2 seperate occasions I ordered bagels 🥯 and each time on two separate occasions I’ve had trouble chewing them (hardened) bagels. I just enjoy the coffee.”
