Arby's has a mixed reputation. Some customers experienced slow service and rude staff, while others praised the friendly and efficient service from employees like Beth and Jess. The restaurant offers a nice parking lot and wheelchair accessibility. Some diners have had issues with missing items in their orders, like the French Dip sandwich without dip or cheese sticks. Despite this, many find Arby's to be a pretty good place overall and invite others to give it a try.
